Psycho-Spiritual Retreats
7 Day Retreats for Body and Mind Detox and Spiritual Discovery
Designed to get to the "root" of whatever we feel is holding us back in life, our psycho-spiritual retreat helps us break old patterns that are no longer serving us, let go of old perspectives and baggage, and step back into our power - and for some for the very first time. The retreat consists of two medicine ceremonies; to detox the mind from persistent thought loops, old beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world. To aid in detoxifying the body from stuck emotions, environmental pollutants, poor diet, alkalize the body, reset a myriad of neuroreceptors and more. This can lead the person to feeling much lighter, with more space to think and feel. This medicine can guide us in spiritual discovery - to know who we are through and through and gain acceptance and forgiveness in ones relationship to themselves. Many people report "meeting themselves for the very first time" because of this medicine's ability to help us look deeply inward at ourselves and to revere this life as precious, worthwhile, and to allow us to take our power back to live it fully.

Our 7 day retreats are designed to give our guests ample time to be with themselves without distractions. Before the week long retreat, it is advised to tie up any business in your personal and business life - and to remain as technology free as possible. Having a clear schedule to absorb the teachings of the medicine and the Bwiti is a very important part of the process.

When preparing for a retreat, continue to eat your normal healthy diet. Do your best to refrain from heavily processed foods, fried food, and excessive sugar. Please refrain from Alcohol and Cannabis at least 14 days prior to retreat arrival. It is also important to note that there will be no caffeine consumption for the week, so if you drink caffeine, slowly wean down prior to arrival to avoid headaches.
Retreat Schedule

Day 1 - On arrival day, a member of our team will pick you up at the airport or a nearby location of your choice, and drive to the retreat center where you can settle in and decompress. We will have nice dinner and get to know one another, and then a group orientation will take place to go over important details about your stay.
Day 2 - Ceremony Night. This day is about integrating into the space, meeting the other members of your group, and having a one-on-one conversation with your provider before your Iboga experience. We will all have a healthy lunch together and will then refrain from eating dinner. The first Iboga ceremony will begin around sundown and run through the night.
Day 3 - Rest day/aftercare. When the sun rises after your first Iboga journey, our aftercare provider will lead you to your room where you can rest and integrate your experience. The medicine will still be working with you on this day and it is important that everyone take this time to rest, and to listen and be present with what they are receiving. We will check on you periodically and are always available to talk.
Day 4 - Integration Day. The morning is spent integrating your experience, and for those who are up for it, we will take a nature walk in the beautiful canyon close to the center. Later that day, we will do a spiritual shower using African herbs and barks (this where you will leave your old clothes behind). On this day you will recalibrate your goals for your second journey with yourself and your provider. We will have dinner, and share a restful evening together.
Day 5 - Ceremony Night. Before our second ceremony begins, you will have time today to recalibrate for your second journey with the medicine. Our providers will be available all day to talk and help you prepare. We will all have a healthy lunch together and will then refrain from eating dinner. The first Iboga ceremony will begin around sundown and run through the night.
Day 6 - Rest Day/Aftercare. When the sun rises after your second Iboga journey, our aftercare provider will lead you to your room where you can rest and integrate your experience. The medicine will still be working with you on this day and it is important that everyone take this time to rest, and to listen and be present with what they are receiving. We will check on you periodically and are always available to talk.
Day 7 - Departure Day. After breakfast, we will gather together for a closing circle and have an in depth discussion about moving forward and share information about integrating your experience. Once complete, you will be free to leave. If you need a ride to the airport, one will be provided for you.
