Private Retreat with Missambo
A Private Retreat with Missambo is an invitation into deep, focused work for those called to meet Iboga in an intentional, contained, and highly personalized setting.
This offering is designed for individuals seeking a direct, private relationship with the sacrament, guided by a traditionally trained Missoko Bwiti practitioner who bridges the indigenous lineage with a Western understanding of mind, body, and spirit. It is well suited for professionals, high-profile guests, or anyone who values discretion, as well as anyone seeking an intimate, one-on-one experience of profound healing and clarity.
Spencer “Missambo” trained in Gabon, Africa within the Missoko Bwiti tradition and has spent years translating this ancient path into a grounded, ethical, and safety-centered framework for modern seekers. His work is not about escape, spectacle, or “fixing” oneself—it is about truth, self-honesty, and remembering who you are beneath fear, stories, and conditioning. He has worked with hundreds of clients to get to the root over the years of his full time work in the tradition.
A private retreat allows for:
Personalized preparation and intention setting
One-on-one guidance before, during, and after ceremony
A pace that respects your nervous system and lived experience
Space to work with sensitive life material, leadership transitions, health challenges, or major initiatory thresholds
Deep integration support to ensure the experience becomes embodied, not intellectual or destabilizing
Iboga is approached here as a sacrament, not a shortcut. The work emphasizes safety, discernment, and responsibility—honoring both the medicine and your life beyond the retreat. Each private experience is shaped around your readiness, capacity, and the specific questions life is asking you to face.
This offering is not for everyone. It is for those who feel called to meet life directly, take responsibility for their healing, and engage the medicine with humility, courage, and sincerity.
Our private offerings can be hosted by you or by us within consideration.
All private retreats are application-based and require a screening process to ensure alignment, readiness, and safety.
If you feel a clear “yes,” you are invited to apply.
